2. I understand that download/access to the digital files will be made available after full payment of invoice.
3. CANCELLATION: $50 Cancellation Fee apply to appointments cancelled on or the day before the confirmed booking.
4. NO-ACCESS: $75 No-access Fee, plus travel fee if applicable, applies if we arrive at the property and no access is given within 30 minutes of the appointment time.
5. TRAVE FEE: $50 or $75 Travel Fee apply to bookings made outside our no-fee service area, please see our coverage area map and contact us for further details.
For appointments that include RMS, photos, and/or virtual tour, our guaranteed turn-around time is within 24 hours.
For drafted marketing floorplans, please note it may take up to 48 hours to complete depending on the size of the property and number of floors to be drafted.
Full payment is required before files can be downloaded.

Appointments can only be made online through our website. An email confirmation will also be sent to your inbox.
Our booking calendar is always up-to-date and shows availability in real time. At the moment, time slots are only available in the morning or in the afternoon.
In order to secure a time slot specially during busy season, we recommend you to book with us at least one week in advance or as soon as you sign contracts with your seller-clients.
As soon as all media files are complete, we will send you an email notification, which will include an invoice and a Google Drive download link. Please note that full payment is required in order to access all files.
Payments can be made online using any major credit card (MC, Visa, Amex are all accepted). Online payments are secured through Stripe.com.
There will be a $75 no-access fee, plus travel fee if applicable, if we arrive at the property and no-access is given within 30 minutes of the appointment time.
Interior: turn on all ceiling lights, blinds and window covers open, toilet seat covers down.
Exterior: clear vehicles from the front street and driveway, garbage/recycle/compost bins stowed away.
When we arrive for the appointment, we will shoot (photography & virtual tour) the property’s interior and exterior on an “as-is” basis. We will not assist to (and/or wait to) move any objects/furniture around (same applies to interior staging).
We recommend occupants to vacate the home shortly after the appointment starts, however if occupants need to be inside, we kindly ask all occupants to clear the rooms/areas where we are working, as this will ensure focus and efficiency in our work with minimal distractions and will allow appointment to finish in a timely manner.
